1. Purpose of the Website
Visagix provides a demonstration of automated facial analysis technology. The demo may estimate attributes such as age range, gender presentation, emotion, smile, eye status, and eyewear. Face recognition and facial analysis are not 100% accurate. All outputs are probabilistic estimates, may be incomplete or wrong, and must be independently verified before any use.
2. Your Responsibilities
You must upload only images that you own, are authorised to use, or have a lawful basis to process. You are responsible for obtaining any permission or consent required from people shown in an image, including consent from a parent or guardian where required for minors.
3. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the website or demo for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, identity verification, law enforcement decisions, employment decisions, credit decisions, housing decisions, healthcare decisions, education decisions, or any other high-impact or legally significant decision.
4. Usage Limits and Security
The public demo may be rate limited by IP address or other technical signals to prevent abuse. Attempts to bypass rate limits, interfere with the service, upload malicious files, scrape the service, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service are prohibited.
5. Image Processing
Images uploaded to the public demo are used only to generate the requested analysis result. Visagix does not claim ownership of images you upload to the public demo.
6. No Professional or Legal Use
The demo is provided for informational and demonstration purposes only. It is not a professional, forensic, medical, employment, legal, security, or identity verification tool.
7. Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the website or demo at any time. We may also update these terms when our service, business, or legal requirements change.
8. Disclaimer
The website and demo are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Face recognition, face detection, age estimation, gender estimation, emotion detection, eyewear detection, and other analysis results are not guaranteed to be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visagix is not responsible or liable if anything happens because of inaccurate analysis results, unavailable service, user-uploaded content, unauthorised uploads, privacy violations by users, misuse of the demo, or decisions made based on demo outputs.

2. Facial Analysis Data
The demo may process face-related information from an uploaded image to estimate facial attributes. Face recognition and facial analysis are not 100% accurate. These estimates are not exact facts, may be incomplete or wrong, and should not be used to identify a person or make important decisions about a person.

4. Image Retention
